Kraftwerk – The Godfathers of Electronic Music

If you're into electronic music, then there's one name you need to know: Kraftwerk . The documentary “Kraftwerk, The Godfathers of Electronic Music” is a must-watch for every fan of house, techno, synthwave, and even hip-hop. These four guys from Germany changed the world of music forever — and they did it with machines. Foto: Jim Dyson Back in the '70s and '80s, Kraftwerk created a brand-new sound using synthesizers, drum machines, and computers. It was something no one had heard before. That sound became the base for so many music genres we listen to today. Without Kraftwerk, there might be no Daft Punk , no Chemical Brothers , no Underworld , and maybe not even techno as we know it. Their album “Computer World” was a huge influence. Big names like David Bowie , Juan Atkins , and Larry Heard looked up to them. Detroit techno legends called Kraftwerk their inspiration, showing how deep their impact went. But Kraftwerk didn’t just shape techno and house. Their tr...

The soundtrack is packed with amazing sounds like Balearic beat, acid house, early house, and chillout music . It takes us back to the real sound of Ibiza , with scenes from famous clubs like Ku (now Privilege), Amnesia, and Pacha . You can see people dancing outdoors, smiling, and losing themselves in the music. But “Chilling” isn’t just about the music – it also shows the spirit of that time . Through interviews with D...

What is Psilocybin? Psilocybin is the active ingredient in "magic mushrooms." While many know it for its psychedelic effects, new research suggests it could actually help the brain recover after injuries, like concussions. How Does It Work? Scientists tested psilocybin on rats with brain injuries, and the results were surprising! The substance helped their brain cells grow and connect faster, improving memory and thinking skills. It also reduced inflammation, which is an important part of healing. Could This Help Humans? Right now, research is still in the early stages. Scientists need to do more studies on humans to know for sure if psilocybin can safely help with brain injuries. If it works, it could change the way do...

A study explores whether Croatia should implement public drug-checking services at festivals. The Loop Drug-checking services are increasingly being introduced at electronic music festivals worldwide, including in countries like the UK, France, Australia, and New Zealand. Closer to home, Slovenia has already adopted drug checking.  It’s important to note that drug checking is not the same as drug testing —it does not test for the presence of substances in a person’s body, nor does it focus on criminal prosecution. VOTE HERE  Initial research indicates that drug checking does not encourage increased drug use; in fact, it may reduce consumption. According to Rijeka -based association Terra (Tripsitters) , drug checking is an integrated service that allows individuals to chemically analyze drugs while providing counseling. The aim is to minimize harm caused by drug use by offering better information about the substances individuals intend to consume. How Does Drug Checking Wor...

In recent years, the Netherlands has begun to review the existing law on MDMA. The government has formed a special commission that has drafted a report called "Beyond Ecstasy...
