The Berlin-based Red Section label, behind which Croatian DJ and producer Mechanic Slave stands, hosted a well-known deep sound icon - Funk D'Void, who released his new production work "Pheonix" after five years. With a career spanning over two decades, Lars Sandberg has built a reputation as a respected producer and DJ. Classics such as "Diabla", "Emotional Content" and "Jack Me Off" earned him a place in the history of electronic music.  His new release "Pheonix", in addition to coming with an original mix inspired by the sound of Detroit techno, also comes in arrangements by several other DJs and producers, among them the Croatian and regional colony in Berlin. Thian dives into the depths and delivers an atmospheric version of "Pheonix" filled with percussion.
