Bandcamp Donates 100% of Profits to Help Artists Affected by California Wildfires

The music community, like many others, has been deeply affected by the devastating wildfires in Southern California. Thousands of people, including many artists, have lost their homes and livelihoods.


Believing in the power of music to bring change, Bandcamp has announced that on February 7th, all profits from their platform will be donated to MusiCares, a nonprofit organization that provides emergency financial aid, mental health support, and essential healthcare services to artists in need.

This humanitarian effort is supported by A2IM, Harman, Lagunitas, Roland, Shure, Victrola, and WIN—all key players in the independent music industry who want to help artists recover and keep creating.

In difficult times, every contribution matters. Music is more than just art—it can be a tool to help those in need.
