Lineup announced for BALKAN:MOST festival, Veszprém, Hungary

Join us in the beautiful town of Veszprém from September 7-9 for an extraordinary music experience.


With 6 headliners and 24 showcase gigs, the festival promises a vibrant lineup that transcends stereotypes.

Explore the rich colors of Balkan music with Dubioza Kolektiv's rebellious energy, Marina Satti's spirited sensuality, La Caravane Passe's bohemian charm, and Barcelona Gipsy balKan Orchestra's joyful melodies. Immerse yourself in Bosnian blues (sevdah), neofolk, gipsy hop, and upland electronica. Catch unforgettable performances by Oratnitza, Divanhana, and Perija across 3 open-air stages in the enchanting Veszprém Castle and City Center.

BALKAN:MOST isa movement to redefine Balkan music and break new ground. 

In collaboration with WOMEX and organized within the Veszprém-Balaton 2023 European Capital of Culture framework, the festival brings together rising Balkan artists and European music professionals.

Through 30 open-air gigs, it spreads the diverse message of new music from the region. 

Uncover the region's heritage and dynamic talent while embarking on a journey of musical discovery.

 This event marks the culmination of MOST's four years of passionate work and inspired contributions.
