Sister Bliss, Richie Hawtin, Orbital and others in a new book celebrating 50 years of Roland

Inspire The Music: 50 Years of Roland's History is a 400-page hardcover "picturesque story" in full color that explores the history and impact of the electronic music company that gave us the TR-808, TB-303, TR-909 and other instruments.

“Approaching both personally‘ renowned artists ’and their relationship with Roland’s products, production and performances,” the book also features interviews with “innovators who helped design the equipment that made Roland what it is today,” Roland says.

Last month, Roland announced a new add-on as part of its Roland Cloud subscription service. The new plug-in mimics the famous Juno-60 chorus effect, which has become an essential part of the sound of the entire Juno range.
