Croatia: Drum 'n' bass scene in Croatia - D'n'B United

 A new edition of the biggest gathering of the drum 'n' bass scene in Croatia - D'n'B United - is being prepared



This fall, on October 5 to be exact, the second edition of D'n'B United, the biggest gathering of the drum 'n' bass scene in Croatia, will take place in the Depo club in Zagreb.

After last year's premiere episode, in which over 70 performers participated, this year the organizers are expanding the offer, so in addition to the music program, they are also preparing numerous workshops.

This year's D'n'B United offers three workshops:

– a music production workshop led by Minimalist, an award-winning producer and DJ from the Osijek collective Koturaljka

– DJ workshop led by BonToni, a turntablist from Zagreb's Groove Playaz collective

– event organization workshop led by Zmayo, the organizer of Pistoler, one of the longest-running parties in Croatia

* All workshop participants will also receive a limited D'n'B United short-sleeved t-shirt as a gift, which will not be available for purchase over the counter.

Currently, applications for performers are ongoing until August 15, and anyone interested can apply via this link.

Voting for the Ambassador Award has ended

Voting for the best achievements in electronic music for the 2024 Croatian Ambassador Awards has ended.  It is awarded for the eighth time in a row by the Klubska Scena portal , and the project is implemented by the Klubska Kultura association.  The award ceremony will take place on Friday, December 13, 2024, at KUC Travno Zagreb, where the program will be opened for the first time with the exhibition of the most famous regional photographer Marko Obradović Edge called "Totalka".  The two-day program will be enriched by musical performances by bands and live acts and a discursive program that will be held the following day, December 14, in the Zagreb hip Radionica 32.
