EXIT2023: Visitors Unite in the Desire to Return to EXIT Festival Yearly!

The recent EXIT Festival resonated with the biggest hits and a buzz of diverse languages from over 200,000 people gathered from 120 countries.

Guests from Kosovo, Turkey, Slovenia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Hungary, the UK, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, and many other countries converged in Novi Sad for a grand celebration of music, love, and freedom from July 6th to 9th at the enchanting Petrovaradin Fortress, which, besides the fantastic lineup, stood out as the festival's highlight.

Visitors left the Fortress this year feeling happy, excited, and filled with memories from these four unforgettable days.

"It's so amazing,"

"The festival is fantastic,"

"We loved a hundred things about it,"

"The festival exceeded all my expectations and more" – these are just a few of the impressions shared by Exitors :)

Though each festival experience was unique, they all united in the desire to return to EXIT next year and every year after that.

EXIT's camp, as tradition dictates, welcomed fans from 70 countries around the world, reaching full capacity with 4,000 visitors. The party at the Novi Sad beach, Štrand, where the camp was set up, never stopped from the opening to the closing of the camp.

Campers expressed how comfortable and well-equipped the camp was, praising the fantastic location, great music, and the company of fun and friendly people from all over the world that made the camping experience extraordinary. Some campers experienced EXIT for the first time, while others attended their very first festival, and both groups couldn't contain their excitement, vowing to return to EXIT next year and every year after that.

The majority of campers traveled to Serbia this July primarily for the legendary electro-punk group The Prodigy and rap legends Wu-Tang Clan.

While EXIT has been renowned across Europe and beyond for years, some only learned about the festival because their favorite bands mentioned it as their top pick. One visitor came to Novi Sad solely because The Prodigy's Liam Howlett had once declared that EXIT was their favorite festival.

"I'm here mostly because of The Prodigy. I heard about this festival many, many years ago because I'm a Prodigy fan, and they said it's their favorite festival. I decided I had to be here, so I just bought the ticket and came!" exclaimed one enthusiastic visitor.

Campers also shared their impressions of the performances, and The Prodigy's concert clearly stood out as one of the defining moments of this year's EXIT.

"We came to hear The Prodigy,"

"We came mostly for Prodigy, it was fantastic, the atmosphere was incredible,"

"There were so many people jumping, it was wonderful,"

"I came for The Prodigy, they are probably the best group in the world!" – these were some of the visitors' reactions.

Besides the electro-punk pioneers, the audience attended this year's EXIT for Wu-Tang Clan, Skrillex, Indira Paganotto, Amelie Lens, Sofi Tukker, Alessa, Eric Prydz, Hot Since 82, Camelphat, and many others who brought diverse genres and people from all over the world together in Novi Sad, united by their love for music and festivals.

Freedom, energy, euphoria, love, and togetherness once again took the spotlight at the festival, where getting lost between stages and wandering the paths until finding oneself is what makes this event magical.
