POM - The New Dating App Connecting People Through Music

Is music the most important thing in your world? Hell yeah :) We know it is! Because of that second most important thing is to be with someone who is into taste of music :D It's very important! :) 
Now there's a way to meet your musical match online. 


A new dating app, POM, has been unveiled, which promises to match users based on their taste in music.

 The application’s full name is Power of Music, and the official launch is set for 10th August following months of teaser campaigns.

Using the power of tunes to tap into the power of love

At the moment, the platform is limited to 25,000 users with a POM queue app allowing people to book a profile spot in advance. Once live, users will be able to connect the app to their streaming services of choice, with Spotify and Apple Music the first involved. 

Data will then be analyzed by a unique algorithm that can map links between music history and emotional responses. 

This isn’t the first time the dating and music worlds have met. In 2019 Tinder launched Festival Mode, connecting people in the midst of summer events. Meanwhile, in 2017, the website Techno Dating went live with the promise of helping techno fans find love.

Voting for the Ambassador Award has ended

Voting for the best achievements in electronic music for the 2024 Croatian Ambassador Awards has ended.  It is awarded for the eighth time in a row by the Klubska Scena portal , and the project is implemented by the Klubska Kultura association.  The award ceremony will take place on Friday, December 13, 2024, at KUC Travno Zagreb, where the program will be opened for the first time with the exhibition of the most famous regional photographer Marko Obradović Edge called "Totalka".  The two-day program will be enriched by musical performances by bands and live acts and a discursive program that will be held the following day, December 14, in the Zagreb hip Radionica 32.
