Techno club The Fuse in Belgium has turned into a museum

The cult Belgian techno club in Brussels, "The Fuse" takes over the role of a museum with a dance floor during the corona era 😎 While it was just a club, it hosted 800 clubbers in one night, and now it can accommodate a maximum of 60 visitors per hour 🧐

At the exhibition, clubbers can learn about the history of the club and how "The Fuse" became one of the cult clubs in Belgium, for fans of techno music. You can also see the pop-up exhibition "Echoing Through Eternity" in the space, which shows the history of the uncompromising nightlife in Brussels.

Visitors will discover the origins of the pioneering festival "I Love Techno" in Belgium, which was one of the biggest techno events in Europe, as well as many stories about the giant city parade in Belgium, an event that was close to the club "The Fuse".

And what would a nightclub be without loud music? At a time when clubbing has become a hazy memory, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the installation of "3 minutes of club experience" 🎧 😍

"They will hear and feel the bass vibrate through their bodies as the strobe lights complete the experience. Working on this exhibition was quite emotional for us. I hope that we will be able to convey that feeling to our visitors, young and old, regular and newcomers. I am thrilled to see some life in the club again because we really miss everyone ”- says manager Andy Walravens.

The most beautiful thing about the whole museum is that visitors can spend some time on the dance floor and dance like they used to in the club, to feel the music that gives them freedom, and with which they found themselves and their ideas of life.

Clubs in Belgium have been closed continuously for more than a year. The "The Fuse" club now works with the obligatory respect of physical distance.

Wearing a mask is mandatory, and terminals with hydro-alcohol gel will be available to the public. It is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 13:00 to 21:30. Price € 10. Reservation is required.
