Brighton Music Conference announced first wave of speakers

Brighton Music Conference (BMC), the UK's foremost electronic music industry event reveals the first wave of artists, speakers and industry leading professionals taking part in this years event.



The award-winning Brighton Music Conference (BMC), the UK's foremost electronic music and networking event will return to the prestigious British Airways i360 venue on Brighton’s beachfront for its seventh edition from April 22 to 25. 

Following its most successful year in 2019, BMC20 will once again host over 65 talks, seminars and workshops, with industry-leading speakers, including in-depth discussions and debates on the biggest issues facing the electronic and wider music industry such as diversity, mental health, the environment and current music and business trends. 

There will also be exclusive networking parties being held 450 feet above the city in the i360 Pod observation tower.

The Label Lounge also returns after an overwhelming success last year. Taking place on Friday 24th at the nearby The Tempest Inn major labels in electronic music will once again be taking part in one to one A&R feedback sessions.

Voting for the Ambassador Award has ended

Voting for the best achievements in electronic music for the 2024 Croatian Ambassador Awards has ended.  It is awarded for the eighth time in a row by the Klubska Scena portal , and the project is implemented by the Klubska Kultura association.  The award ceremony will take place on Friday, December 13, 2024, at KUC Travno Zagreb, where the program will be opened for the first time with the exhibition of the most famous regional photographer Marko Obradović Edge called "Totalka".  The two-day program will be enriched by musical performances by bands and live acts and a discursive program that will be held the following day, December 14, in the Zagreb hip Radionica 32. Goran Tomasević: The region should cooperate more and exchange musicians

For eight years, the Croatian electronic music scene has proudly organized the Ambassador Award, which recognizes and celebrates the most prominent players in this dynamic industry. This project, initiated by Goran Tomašević , founder of the Klubska Scena portal, has grown beyond the borders of Croatia and has become a regional symbol of unity and creativity in electronic music.
