Deutsche Welle: Marijuana is legal in Germany, but "cannabis is not broccoli"

Cannabis is legalized, in Germany. Adults can legally possess and consume cannabis. According to the Ministry of Health, more than four million people in Germany occasionally or regularly consume cannabis, even though it was illegal until now. You can have 25 grams with you, even up to 50 grams at home. Weed smoking is also allowed in public - but not during the day in pedestrian areas, if children and young people are present or within sight of children's playgrounds, kindergartens and schools. There is a prohibited zone of 100 meters around the entrance. The Minister of Health, refers to a stricter criminal policy for the protection of young people.  Anyone who gives cannabis to children and adolescents must expect a prison sentence. Adult consumption is allowed, but the amount and proportion of the psychoactive substance THC are limited for those under 21 years of age. At the same time, an information campaign is planned, which is intended to warn young people about the danger

Refreshment with black techno lemonade. We have a recipe!

Black techno lemonade is a refreshing drink that gets its black color from activated carbon <3  Some people use activated charcoal to whiten skin or teeth, but the true value of activated charcoal is in its ability to remove toxins from the body. Does everything that is black have to allude to techno music? Seems to have to. So we renamed this unusual lemonade into techno one.  Black or techno lemonade is a quick, simple recipe that requires only a few ingredients. You probably already have most of them in your kitchen ... except for coal :) But nowadays you can find it in any organic, bio, healthy shop in Kosovo :) or even at the pharmacy ;)  Recipe for black lemonade     * juice of one lemon     * 1-2 capsules of activated charcoal     * stevia or maple syrup     * water Instructions Squeeze the lemon.  Break 1-2 capsules with activated charcoal (check the dose on the bottle or container), add lemon juice and stir to combine. Fill the glass to the top with water. Stir in the s

Scientists say MDMA could help treat mental health in a post-lockdown world

Mind Medicine Australia  has said that psychedelic drugs should be used as treatment to tackle the psychological impact of coronavirus quarantine. There’s no shortage of scientific research that proves psychedelic drugs can have a number of medical benefits. Magic mushrooms have previously been found to reduce depression and anxiety, as well as improve creativity ; LSD and DMT can trigger positive life changes ; and MDMA can reduce social anxiety and help you get over your trust issues. While Australia’s federal health minister has established new coronavirus support services, including digital and phone support, former Coalition MP (which is, confusingly, a centre-right party) and board member of Mind Medicine Australia (MMA) Andrew Robb is pushing forward a campaign to introduce MDMA and psilocybin – found in magic mushrooms – as a possible treatment. “It is potentially the most significant innovation in mental health we’ve seen in decades,” Robb told ABC. “We would be derelict

Documentary "How Drugs Work" by BBC

This is a documentary by BBC that gives you a story about the way Ecstasy works.  The goal is not to scare you, but it provides an understandable scientific explanation of the dangers MDMA uses in itself.  If you want to take Ecstasy, you must be careful and know your health condition. Mushrooms declared the safest recreational drug!

New information from the Global Drug Survey suggests that mushroom consumption is by far the safest way for recreational changes in the state of consciousness. Mushrooms are probably the safest thing in the market at the moment, much safer for consumers than legal counterfeit drugs, such as modified synthetic cannabis or completely legal stimulants like alcohol or tobacco, which leave much more devastating effect on their users. The Student Initiative from California lends free MDMA test kits

One of the key people behind this initiative is Patrick Doheney, a student of the second year of psychology. Giving students the opportunity to test what they intend to consume, and support in creating the sets was made possible by the organization "Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP)". Dohoney notes that the goal is not to justify drug users but to reduce consumption-related disorders because "it is often diluted with other drugs like amphetamine or" bath salts "and we wanted to be sure that if they already use drugs to do it in the safest and most responsible way possible. " The procedure is simple - about 30 sets are available for lending, all interested can send mail to ivtestkits@gmail.com and will get a place and location where they can get their test set, and leave their access card as a guarantee to return it.  The service is, of course, completely anonymous and does not share information about the student. Putting these sets at your

In Germany, 5000 ecstasy tablets seized with Donald Trump

Orange and pink ecstasy tablets formed as the head of US President Donald Trump circulate in Europe. At the beginning of the summer, the tablets arrived from Amsterdam and were sold in orange and pink variants. Last weekend police in Osnabruck in northern Germany seized 5000 tablets ecstasy by the 51-year-old driver from Austria who was in his car with his 17-year-old son. The value of the tablets is estimated at 39 thousand Euros.  Experts warn that the tablets have high concentrations of MDMA.  The police recently issued a public warning for IKEA tablets, due to which several people were hospitalized last month, and an 18-year-old teenager died. IKEA comes in a blue and yellow variant, and the police confirmed that they were much stronger than they expected. [source]

Norway becomes first Scandinavian country to decriminalize drugs

Norway will become the first Scandinavian country to decriminalize drug use. Most lawmakers in the Norwegian parliament voted to support the decriminalization of drugs, in a historic move backed by conservatives, liberals, Labor, and socialists. MPs have called the government on drug policy reform. "We will treat drug addicts and not treat them as criminals" Sveinung Stensland, deputy head of the Storting Health Committee, told local media: "It is important to emphasize that we will not legalize marijuana and other drugs, but decriminalize. The change will take some time, but this means a change of vision: We will treat addicts as patients, and we will not treat them as criminals and punish classical sentences. " Norway will join this decision with the Netherlands, Uruguay, some US states, and Portugal, which has the smallest number of drug-related deaths in the European Union after decriminalizing drug possession.
