ADE - First selection of artists for 2019

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the world's largest festival and business conference for electronic music, announced the first selection of artists for 2019. Among them are  Carl Cox (GB) ,  Amelie Lens (BE ), DJ Nobu (JP),  Helena Hauff (DE) , Identified Patient (NL),  Jeff Mills (US) ,  Martin Garrix (NL) ,  Nastia (UA) , New Order (GB), Sevn Alias (NL), SOPHIE (GB), Tchami (FR), The Black Madonna (US) and  Tiësto (NL) . The organisers expect to welcome  400,000 visitors for the 24th edition. The  five day  and night gathering runs  from October 16th-20th, 2019  and is the world’s most extensive  festival  and  conference  program for  electronic music , offering a broad range of  art, film, photography, alongside music  and the latest trends in  technology and social good. Dave Clarke presents returns at ADE 2019 for its 15thedition . The longest running techno event at Amsterdam Dance Event features the talent that currently resides in the real uncompromising and authentic techno scenes.  This year Dave invited DVS1, Luke Slater, Paula Temple , a live performance by Terence Fixmer, Marcel Fengler, Anetha, Black Asteroid, Daniel Miller, Mirella Kroes and Mr. Jones. They will all play Clarke’s event at the Melkweg on ADE Friday, October 18th. Heiko Laux on Klockworks 24!

OCTAVE ONE ANNOUNCE NEW EP SERIES ‘LOCUS OF CONTROL’

Octave One are back with a new EP series. Having kicked off the year debuting a new audio-visual performance, enduring techno outfit Octave One announce new music for 2019, with a series of EP’s entitled ‘ Locus of Control ’. Featuring many unreleased nuggets, the series will feature unreleased tracks which were tried and tested at a recent Valencia Boiler Room set. Rotterdam Rave 2019

rotterdam is rave. rotterdam is techno. This summer,  on 17th August 2019   Rotterdam Rave  will organize the  4th edition  of their  techno  outdoor festival. Rotterdam Rave is one of the main roles of  keeping techno alive  in their city, since 2012. This year  the outdoor stage will be located  alongside the river Maas , overlooking the industrial port as a  big warehouse event. In Lebanon a bomb shelter hiding place whose womb from the 1980s, in which Beirut was a war zone with infinite attacks has become one of the best techno clubs in the world. Clubbing at B018 to Beirut it's same like clubbing at Berghain in Berlin. More info about B018 Club read HERE  

EVENT REVIEW: Euphoria lll — SNTS, Vegim, Flekitza, Liburn / Ferizaj / Uroševac, KS

Valon Hoxha and his NGO " Euphoria " from Ferizaj has been organizing music events dedicated to electronic music for two years in a row, giving special attention to the techno genre. This year, Euphoria organized its third edition at a new location, in the hall of sports in Ferizaj/Uroshevac. Young people from Euphoria team made good changes in the sporthall, so the space for the event looked like a perfect underground club. The sound was "flying" over the room, but it was hard enough to feel bass , while the lighting show played a very good role to feel every beat. Euphoria keeping techno alive! The event was opened by local DJ Liburn who played techno tracks for the first time in his home city. Although the set was full of long pauses, the audience was warmed up very well for the star of the evening! The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the world’s leading event for electronic music, will take place the 16th to 20th October, 2019. The organisers are expecting around 400,000 national and international visitors for the 24th edition. Alongside the multiple conference tracks addressing the latest business, cultural and technological trends, and festival programming that showcases the diversity of electronic music and its many sub-genres, the organisers are committed to once again enhancing the daytime activities in 2019 through partnerships with cultural institutions and multi-disciplinary collaborations that engage with the broadest possible range of the creative industries. ADE 2018 Announces Second Wave of Artists

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) , the world's largest festival and the most important global business conference for electronic music, announced its second selection of artists today. Among them are Amelie Lens (BE), Axwell / Ingrosso (SE), Broederliefde (NL), CIFIKA (KR), Kiasmos (IS), Oliver Heldens (NL), Ricardo Villalobos (CL) and Sasha (UK). The Amsterdam Dance Event  takes place from the  17th to 21st of October, 2018 . organized by Stichting Amsterdam Dance Event, an initiative of Buma. With seven weeks left to go, ADE, an initiative of Buma, has nearly completed its festival program. From October 17th through October 21st, the organization expects over  2500 artists  in a record-breaking  200 locations , making Amsterdam the epicentre of the global electronic music industry for five straight days. Alongside the previously announced focus on South Korea, this year’s edition also pays tribute to 30 Years of Dutch Dance in both its day and night program.

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) , the world's largest club festival and business conference for electronic music, has completed its program with Jean-Michel Jarre and Nile Rodgers amongst the confirmed speakers. 2500 performers and 600 speakers in almost 200 venues around Amsterdam.  The Amsterdam Dance Event  takes place from the  17th to 21st of October, 2018.  The organisers expect to welcome over 400,000 visitors from over 100 countries for the 23rd edition.
