The coronavirus pandemic has slowed some festivals, stopped others completely, but also started some.  In the north of Croatia, a new festival of electronic music, Crazy Island Festival, will be held on August 7th and 8th, 2020.  And this is a new opportunity for dancing. As the organizers say, "we wanted something new, something crazy and wild, something with which we will be able to show the audience that it is okay to be different. Crazy Island is a place where everyone is welcome, a place where everyone can feel at home." What makes the Crazy Island Festival stand out is the location.  On the Island of Youth in Ludbreg, right in the city center, in an oasis of greenery . The Ministry of Health has banned gas used by tourists in Pag on a massive drug charge. The ban is temporary and is valid until the end of the season, that is, until September 30.  For years, ampoules of nitrous oxide on Zrche have been popular . Discarded gas ampoules that can be used legally in Croatia can be found everywhere. It is a gas that can be found in medicine as an anesthetic and in catering as a propellant for whipped cream. In addition to euphoria , nitrous oxide can cause mild hallucinations, and overuse increases the risk of fainting. It can also cause vomiting , headache or drowsiness . Combined with excessive amounts of alcohol or drugs can cause more serious consequences. While not illegal, for example, there are several laws in the U.S. regarding the distribution of nitric oxide to minors and recreational inhalers. "Talking Drugs" website  published a contribution with a list of countries that already have legal decriminalization of drugs, countries in process of decimation, or have legalized marijuana.  Briefly describe state regulations that have a milder punishment of perpetrators (possession of any smaller quantity of drugs) for one-time use.  Among them are our our neighbors Slovenia and Croatia.  [source]
