Ambassador Award 2023 - KUJU Studio from Kosovo for the "Best Art Production of the Year"

RWXVI x DEnacht E02 - A night that will always be remembered

Since it's raise, the Berlin wall was a political and a cultural barrier. The fall of the wall was the start of many great artists and clubs like Ostgut Ton's Berghain, E-Werk and Tresor which made Berlin's techno scene very impactful and inspiring.

To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall, Hapƫsira organized RWXVI x DEnacht E02 in collaboration with the German Embassy in Prishtina, in love and honor of Germany, it's electronic music scene and Ambassador Held without whose support "Rilindja Warehouse" would have been taken from Hapƫsira, leaving us the electronic muisc community without our favourite venue where so many unforgettable memories were made.

Ostgut Ton | A-TON | unterton · Function | Against The Wall

Before the event, we were listening to Tobias - Like A Drug [Ostgut Ton] & Answer Code Request's Boiler Room Berlin DJ Set, to warm up for the party.

As always, we went to Rilindja Warehouse before the doors were open to avoid the queue so we could be inside from start to end, to listen to the performances of each artists. While we were waiting for the doors to open, we were listening to Answer Code Request - The 4th Verdict [Ostgut Ton] & FBK - To A Place I Know [burek] (a track we discovered from Answer Code Request's Boiler Room Berlin DJ set. We loved the track!)

Barba Records · FBK - TO A PLACE I KNOW

The doors opened around 11 PM and we went inside. Usually, we walk through the corridor and enter the dancefloor right away but there pictures from the Fall of the Wall exhibited all over the corridor so we stopped and took a look at the pictures before we walked down the corridor to the dancefloor. We got the entrance stamps and headed towards the dancefloor. As we got close to the dancefloor, we could hear the sounds of the local artist Nart Ze who was warming the night up.

The DJ from Belgrade Zhe Pechorin took over after Nart Ze. At some point during her set, she played Daniel Avery - Diminuendo (Patrick Rusell Remix) [Phantasy Sound]. Daniel Avery's tracks are stellar, hypnotic and intense. At that moment, Mr. Acid's orange warm lights felt like a visualization of the intensity of Avery's tracks.šŸ”„ We experienced Avery's hypnotic/energetic sound once again, since his 5h extended set at Rilindja Warehouse, back in 2019.

Lux started playing around 1:00 AM. The dancefloor was packed.

Finally, the time for the Ostgut Ton musical masterminds Tobias and Answer Code Request to take the stage came. Their extraordinary performances left us speechless!

The vibe was amazing!
Mr. Acid was positioned on the left of the dancefloor, near the DJ's. The way he synced the lights with the music was amazing. We've never seen anything like this lights before. His warm lights melted us!

On the right of the dancefloor, there was a replica of the wall created by Arta Rudaku and the crowd, including the ambassador were signing their names on the wall, just like people did on the actual wall.

While we were dancing, a guy approached us begging us to try his glasses. We understood why after we put the glasses on. The red lenses turned the dancefloor into a red vision. It was crazy! He even begged Mr. Acid to try his glasses.

Around 5-6 AM, we went outside to get some fresh air. We saw something we didn't expect to see. The after party was going on at the parking lot, while Answer Code Request was still playing inside. Someone was playing music on his car and people were dancing. We've never experienced something like that in Prishtina before.

We will never forget that night!

Movie - "Free Tekno" - world travelers who organize illegal parties in the forests

Free Tekno is a journey into the true underground of illegal underground techno festivals in Central Europe. The director travels with a group of Dutch and Irish young men who organize  illegal rave parties  in the forests of  Germany  and the  Czech  Republic. This is called the  underground   that is often written or referred to, but we rarely see it. As one interviewee puts it:   "We don't want money to profit, we do this out of love and be at a positive zero; if we make money, we use the money for travel or vacation expenses." "How many  parties  like this are made in which we are at all times exposed to the police shutting down music and confiscating equipment, but when you live for  electronic  music and have  enthusiasm , you do not think about blue caps" -  a director with Gunnar Hauth. Tillt Radio Record Store, Prishtina, Kosovo

Tillt Radio  is a new record store in Prishtina, opened 1 year ago. Located at BOHO in Prishtina's square, Tillt Radio record store is a very  warm place  where you can go  hang out , dig the crates for  vinyls  and enjoy  listening to music.  A while ago, I took a trip to Prishtina to meet a friend and surprise her with a vinyl from her favorite label, Klockworks I got for her birthday. That day was all about music and vinyls so, while i was there, i decided to go and visit Tillt Radio record store. I was very happy and excited for visiting the first record store in my life . I've bought vinyls before, from online record stores, but crate digging for vinyls, is a different feeling. There's nothing like crate digging! We needed a record store like Tillt Radio. I went there around 4 PM. I met Strella. He informed me about his record store and the genres he provides. There were various genres from pop, rock, blues to old electronic music. You can find some of the best
