Adriana Lopez, a Colombian electronic artist hailed as one of techno's most influential figures by London's Fabric, has opened the doors to her studio.  Born in Colombia, Adriana Lopez entered the electronic scene in Bogotá in the late 90s, taking her place behind the DJ desk for the first time.  A significant milestone in her career came when she moved to Barcelona in 2003 to pursue studies in audio engineering and music production. Barcelona became her home, and her career soared to great heights.  Fabric , based in London, acknowledged her immeasurable contributions to the techno genre in her 20-year career.  Her influence extends not only in Colombia but also throughout South America.  To establish a platform for her releases, she launched her own label, Gray Report, in 2013. After a four-year break, the spring edition of T ime Warp festival is returning to its home in Mannheim, Germany on April 1st.  This year's event will feature 19 hours of music on 6 dance floors, with over 40 headliners including world-famous DJs such as Sven Vath, Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Richie Hawtin, Charlotte de Witte, Nina Kraviz, The Martinez Brothers, Paul Temple, Ricardo Vilalobos, Marco Carola, Seth Troxler, and Dixon. The youth non-governmental organization " Euphoria " is organizing the sixth edition of the techno event on November 5th, 2022 at a brand new location in Prishtina. According to the founder of the " Euphoria " organization, Val Hoxha , last year's edition resulted in an unexpected number of visitors, which for him is a great motive for organizing techno events and promoting techno music in Kosovo. "The attendance at last year's techno event was unexpectedly big. Every year more and more new generations come. This gives my team the will to continue promoting the techno genre in Kosovo" - Val Hoxha. The new Servis   event will be organized with the Manifesta of the 14th Biennial, on September 23 in the refined cultural location KINO RINIA in the center of Pristina.  The space is ideal for a rave!   Servis Night is a series of events that explore the clubbing sounds of Kosovo's capital, Pristina , inviting internationally renowned DJs and electronic music artists to match the local and regional lineup.  This Friday, 23th September 2022, electro techno artist Parrish Smith and vocalist Mark Knekelhuis , performing as duo Volition Immanent , are coming to Pristina for the first time, so be prepared for a night of madness on the dance floor!!  Regional support will be provided by Martina Peneva from Skopje, Macedonica and local support by Servis artists Leo Lumezi and Leart Rama.  See you on the dance floor!!! by KS Clubbing crew! 

The eight-part documentary series Techno House Deutschland is available in the media library of the TV channel ARD The series follows the development of electronic music and techno culture in Germany over three decades and traces its influence on the global techno movement. Four episodes are devoted to club culture as a place of culture, starting with Frankfurt in the late 1980s . The starting point is Sven Väth's  club Omen from the 90s. The next two episodes follow the development of techno culture in the east of Germany in Leipzig, the emerging festival landscape. Co-producer SWR puts a special focus on the Nature One festival in two episodes. The Techno duo  Vegim   and  Flekitza   debut their first  12-inch vinyl release , with the hypnotic groove EP  "Shifting Operations"  on their label  TMM Recordings .  The label was founded in 2006 and to this day is constantly pushing the boundaries of techno music with the unique taste of talented artists.  "Few know that Prishtina has one of the dopest  techno  labels on the region — TMM Recordings. The Sunny Hill is a music festival in Kosovo, founded in 2018 by Dua Lipa, and her father, Dukagjin Lipa. This years festival will be held from 4 to 7 August at a new location in Brnjica , near Pristina.  In 2020 and 2021, it was not held due to the pandemic. The festival has in the past brought to Pristina world music stars such as Miley Cyrus, Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix as well as many local singers. In 2018 and 2019, the festival was held in Germia Park, in Prishtina, but due to the park’s limited capacity, it will have to change its location, near Prishtina, open air location called Brnjica.  Tickets for fans are already on sale for the price of 70 euros.  Captured by legendary photographer Terence Donovan, who spent a night at Que Club in 1996 , the exhibition is to take place in April 2022 at Birmingham’s Museum & Art Gallery. Terence was famous for photographing royalty and legends such as Princess Diana and Jimi Hendrix, and was introduced to Club Que by his son and DJ Dan Donovan .  Stepping out of his comfort zone, he captured the scene, which a special motive for normal, everyday people to let go, dance and enjoy themselves. Jez Collins, curator of the forthcoming In The Que exhibition at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, discovered the photos while interviewing Wishart for a documentary about Que Club. Ten of the 65 images will be included in the exhibition, which opens on April 28th. "It's an amazing find after all these years," Collins told the Guardian. "This was an important place for people, and it's been captured by one of the greatest British photographers of the time." Opened in 1

Numerous Berlin techno artists have made remixes for the music of the long-awaited sequel to The Matrix Resurrections. The original music for the movie  'The Matrix Resurrections'  was created by electronic music artist  Johnny Klimek , director, and composer of Run Lola Run - Tom Tykwer. The duo has been working through the partnership for almost 25 years, and they were nominated for an Oscar for their work.  In addition to the original score, the list includes 35 songs and numerous remixes by influential DJs, including German techno artists Marcel Dittmann, Gudrun Gut and System 01. Techno was celebrated with thousands of fans and ravers not only in Germany or England in the 90s, but also in Poland.  The book “30 Years of the Polish Techno Scene” and an techno exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw this year 2021  were dedicated to the history of the scene. You can read more about crowdfunding, and donate to the project, here.  Now, with the book “Technowulkan” by Bartłomie Kluska , another work is published that explores the background of Polish techno and focuses on techno parades that took place in the city of Łódź.  The techno scene in Poland was very divided in the 90s  While genres like house and techno predominated in the capital, the scene in Krakow was dedicated to reggae, garage and jungle, while in Łódź it was mostly happy hardcore, jungle and dnb.  Then a team of DJs from Łódź gathered around the underground organization New Alcatraz (a community of artists associated with Club New Alcatraz) and created a revolutionary festival of club cultu
