Rave was the word that emerged in the late 1980s to describe the illegal gathering of the techno and acid house subculture.  As these subcultures grew, rave became an important part of electronic music culture around the world................. PARTY REVIEW: RWIX: Artefakt LIVE + Keith Carnal | Prishtina, KS

The night of MAR. 2, 2018, a once in a lifetime techno experience photo credit:  Adi Beqiri Everything was ready at the abandoned/former Rilindja Printing House, for the 9th Edition of Rilindja Warehouse, and so were we.  That night  we  went to the venue at 10:00 PM. While waiting outside for the doors to open,  we met a clique of techno/rave  enthusiasts from  Prishtina , who we started a conversation with, and asked us if we attended previous Editions of Rilindja Warehouse, as they told us: "This is our first time attending Rilindja Warehouse, so we would like to know what's the events are like here" So,  we  continued our conversation about the event we were about to attend in 30 minutes/ Hapësira  and we told them about the "Rilindja Warehouse" editions we attended in the past. We also informed them about  Hapësira 's concept of presenting techno artists who are actually growing further, to make them famous, and how it's aimin

PARTY REVIEW: Trips & Tics at BASStore Club, Prishtina, KS

Great party at  BASStore Club  on 17th February 2018! Music without exaggeration, objectively speaking, was brutal and concrete. The great techno duo -  Trips & Tics , from  Underground Connection  agency, made the most of it and provided the lovely audience with LOVE & DANCE! photo credit:  Nebojša Cvetković Photography The beautiful club - BASStore, with great sound system and lighting, this time, among 128bpm, shots emotions in such a cruel and tough way. It looked so wonderful for the ears and our bodies that moves in that lively techno rhythm. Techno gives you love! It should have the courage to spin "strong tracks" indoors and make the audience feel comfortable, pleasant and cheerful. Each atom of their dedication to what they do, through music, was radiated to all of us, the audience, who recognized most of the that were chosen and played by  Trips & Tics . It’s nice to feel such good vibrations released by the  techno music  that was going on,

PARTY REVIEW: TKNO at club Basstore, Prishtina, Kosovo

Pristina is becoming one of the favorite destinations for me!                 If you ask me, why, here's the answer!                 On December 16th, “ Next Level ” organization hosted a very good party at  BASStore club  in Prishtina with one of the most current techno DJs from Serbia,  TKNO !                 Again, a small but selected team of clubbers from Novi Pazar and Pristina gathered at  club Basstore . We got in the club, around 2:30am when  TKNO  already was spinning at dj booth.                 BASStore  is one of the underground club these days. Very good sound system, new one, as far as I could note from the last party, but in my opinion it was too much for that club. The sound was super massive at the dance floor.                Audience at  Basstore Club  that night, was again diverse, which is very interesting for me as a clubber following electronic scene for 20 years. Although, by statistic Kosovo has more women than for men, the boys

PARTY REVIEW: Independence Night with Dj Tennis, David Squillace, Alban Hajdini @ Zone Club, Prishtina, KS

I was  clubbing in Prishtina  for the first time in 20 years :) I had heard that  clubbing on Kosovo  was very developed and following the world electronic scene. And it was true!              I had the chance to meet and see contemporary cult places of today's underground scene:  Rilindjia ,  Bahnhof ,  BASStore  and all of them have their own story!              But,  Zone Club  is a special place for me! A  club  that is full of emotions and good but odd, energetic. If you are familiar with quality music and all other accompanying elements, in fact, if you're a clubber, then  Zone Club  and its  Electronic Series  is for you!             The first time I visited  Zone Club , last winter, on  December 24th  with  Nastia  and  Hajdar Berisha ... was amazing!             And ... again I wanted to go back to this club, a club that has this strange, odd energy!             Last night was the night! Actually, the  Electronic Series Night of the Zone club

Review: Premiere | Vegim – Granit EP [TMM Records]

TMMR 210 , the next release from  Take More Music Records  features 4 original primetime techno cuts from the artist known as  Vegim . Bursting with energy and dynamics,  TMMR 210  showcases  Vegim’s  diverse and constantly evolving unique techno sound. Inaugurating this interstellar journey with  Absolutely Shifted , the first techno track on the release introduces a deep bass driven soundscape with superbly crafted percussions combined with extra-terrestrial melodies that immediately absorbs your attention. Adjusting route on this interstellar highway,  Distorted Key  changes direction by means of prefacing a drop beat bit crushed rhythm with a prominent throbbing bass, loaded with crisp percussions and interjected with the subtle inclusion of intercepted alien transmissions which add pace and urgency to the track. x Altering course once again,  Granit  delivers a solid 4 to the floor groove with elegant percussions fused with an eerie and interga
