Cannabis is legalized, in Germany. Adults can legally possess and consume cannabis. According to the Ministry of Health, more than four million people in Germany occasionally or regularly consume cannabis, even though it was illegal until now. You can have 25 grams with you, even up to 50 grams at home. Weed smoking is also allowed in public - but not during the day in pedestrian areas, if children and young people are present or within sight of children's playgrounds, kindergartens and schools. There is a prohibited zone of 100 meters around the entrance. The Minister of Health, refers to a stricter criminal policy for the protection of young people.  Anyone who gives cannabis to children and adolescents must expect a prison sentence. Adult consumption is allowed, but the amount and proportion of the psychoactive substance THC are limited for those under 21 years of age. At the same time, an information campaign is planned, which is intended to warn young people about the danger

The Berlin-based Red Section label, behind which Croatian DJ and producer Mechanic Slave stands, hosted a well-known deep sound icon - Funk D'Void, who released his new production work "Pheonix" after five years. With a career spanning over two decades, Lars Sandberg has built a reputation as a respected producer and DJ. Classics such as "Diabla", "Emotional Content" and "Jack Me Off" earned him a place in the history of electronic music.  His new release "Pheonix", in addition to coming with an original mix inspired by the sound of Detroit techno, also comes in arrangements by several other DJs and producers, among them the Croatian and regional colony in Berlin. Thian dives into the depths and delivers an atmospheric version of "Pheonix" filled with percussion. HardBeats is gearing up for a new one-day festival in Ljubljana , featuring 10 explosive acts. After two sold-out editions in 2023, HardBeats is back with a new explosive edition. The festival is preparing its first one-day event of the year, bringing together ten explosive names for nine hours of uncompromising hard rhythms on April 5 in Ljubljana across two stages - at the Media Center and Cvetličarna. The third edition of the HardBeats festival sees OGUZ taking the main stage in the Media Center for the first time, delivering his premiere performance in the region. Just few days ago, the German parliament endorsed the legalization of cannabis.  What is the situation on Kosovo, we do not know as no one can't even mention this issue :) but yes, cannabis has been decriminalized in Kosovo and the situation in Croatia and whether the country will follow Germany's steps were investigated by croatian RTL journalists.  The new regulations in Germany take effect from April 1st. After a decade of public discussions, the Bundestag adopted the partial cannabis legalization in Germany this Friday (February 23). Until recently, the Government's plans for controlled use with numerous restrictions were criticized from several sides. Legalization was supported by 407 deputies, and 226 of them were against it. The new rules will be valid from April 1, 2024.  Cultivation and possession of certain quantities for personal consumption will be allowed for adults from April 1, 2024. Adults over the age of 18 are generally allowed to possess up to 25 grams of cannabis for personal use in a public place.  Cultivation of three cannabis plants and possession of up to 50 grams of cannabis for personal use are also allowed. Public consumption should be prohibited, among other things, in schools, sports facilities and in the vicinity of these facilities - more precisely 100 meters as the crow flies from the entrance to the facility.  In his "Radionica Valova", Haris Čustović reconstructs the deep house tape "My Love" from 2002. Musician from Dubrovnik shares production knowledge and the art of working in Ableton live on his YouTube channel every Thursday from 5 p.m. Haris Čustović has deconstructed a melodic tech-house track and composed a completely new tech house track through his "Wave Workshop" in the past few educational streams. In the new edition of the educational stream, Haris Čustović will provide an insight into the process of creating his song "My Love", which he composed in 2002 together with Paul Stubbs and released on Swag Records. "My Love" was included by the Terry Francis on his Fabric CD number 2. "Whether you're a music lover or a fellow producer, join me in creating this work!" says the experienced Dubrovnik musician. Mayday is probably the most traditional, long-standing event for electronic dance music, and on April 30th it will celebrate 33 years of existence. It has been called the " mother of all raves " or the " holiday of electronic music culture ". It has already spread to countries like Poland, Russia, Hungary and Belgium. This year's edition of the German cult rave begins with over 30 performances on four floors.  This year's motto is "United" Maydaya music unites "unity, respect and acceptance" and thus connects people. The biggest Scottish festival is coming to Tisno, Croatia  instead of the SunceBeat festival. The premier edition of the Terminal V Croatia festival will be held from July 18 to 22 at The Garden Resort, not far from Tisno.  The Scottish festival was recently awarded DJ Mag's "Best of British" for the best festival, and their arrival in Croatia will be their first event organized outside of Edinburgh. For its first event organized outside the borders of Scotland, Terminal V announces over 100 performers who will come to Dalmatia, and in the first wave they presented a little more than 50 names such as Adiel, Charlie Sparks, Fjaak, Francois X, Klangkuenstler, Kobosil, Rødhåd and others.  Juan Mendez aka Silent Servant passed away. I know Silent Servant thanks to  Rødhåd . Years ago, I came across a series called " What's In My Bag ?" by Amoeba Record Store in Hollywood. There was an episode Rødhåd. I love Rødhåd so I watched the episode. During the interview, Rødhåd mentioned that he bumped into Silent Servant downstairs & that he was into movie soundtracks.     I was familiar with the name but I wasn't familiar with his work. I didn't know what a legend he was.  A few days after his passing, I came across his 'In Memoriam' EP released on Tresor Records . I was so impressed that I asked myself: "Why didn't I listen to his music before?"  M-87 reminded me of Depeche Mode . The design of the Temple of Together at this year's Burning Man by Caroline Ghosn beautifully depicts the light that emerges when we connect with all parts of ourselves and the unity we share with all living beings. The dominant motif in the design is the depiction of two hands joined in prayer, with the flow of the sculpture's energy merging and then erupting upwards. The joining of two hands is a common gesture in almost all spiritual traditions, symbolizing unity, humility and respect. This is literally shown by the two hands forming an arch at the entrance of the name "6:00". The temple is represented more abstractly in the Neo-Gothic pointed arches that are repeated throughout the design, which also recall the layered, geometric shapes and symmetry of the Art Deco style of a century ago. Petar Dundov, the award-winning Croatian DJ and producer has released a new E P "Lunar Eclipse" with  Hernan Cattaneo on the Sudbeat Music label.
